But Warning Messages and Alerts module is only available for Odoo 9.0 (https://www.odoo.com/apps/modules/9.0/warning/).
Is it compatible with Odoo 10.0?

in purchase -> settings you can check "An informative or blocking warning can be set on a product or a customer" in the warning part.
Then in the product view, in the "notes" page you can add warning for messages.
