This is probably a password and username configuration issue.
I have set the token for google sheets. I go to export and get asked for server Username and password. I have listed the error that I get in the sheet below followed by the documentation.

My main question is how do I navigate to this location? ( Go to Odoo ‣ Server Settings ‣ Database Name ‣ Username ‣ Password.)???

Error At least one connection detail is not set. You can set them Odoo > Settings in the menu bar (line 298).
