Need to display some products without the Add to Cart button. How / Is that possible?

Hello Deemtri
Default odoo provide configration on product to restrict sell if product is out of stock.
1) open product template and make out-of-stock = False to continue selling.
2)After making "out of stock" is false, Add to Cart button will be disable to add that product into cart. please check below screenshot.
