Hello,

I have a created a custom app  with odoo studio.

I'm not able to access it. When I click on the app icon, it roots me back to the home page after few seconds.

I have tried to raise the issue to the support team but didn't get any answer.

Is it normal that they don't reply?

Can any one help me with this issue?

if you are able to see the logs, can you check it and see whats coming in the log file as well as check the browser console.

You need to provide more information to let others the opportunity to help you. For example how to replicate the steps you have followed

Out team gave this reply two days after your ticket was open, then closed the ticket after two weeks because they did not hear back. Perhaps the email back to you was overlooked, blocked or quarantined?

It seems that your menu is coming back directly from your home menu. Here is a video to help you solve that. You have to choose which menu you want to arrive at: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1syL0YUqJz5GcVOxRuIP_Kwxj9Dd4TGug/view

If the template is not specified when adding a menu, it will be redirected to the "App Switcher" by default since it does not have a child menu.

After moving the menu (between the 2 others), you need to delete or define another action on the menu.

In the meantime, to access your custom application again, you can enable debugging mode, go to Settings-> Techniques-> Menu items,

retrieve the new menu, modify and delete the action.

I have this same issue. I preformed "Run JS Test", and got the these results:

      From what little I know about programming; I missing some required modules. I could be wrong, please advise
