I was wondering if you could help me understand how VoIP works in Odoo. I would like to know if it's possible that, when I make a call from a specific module, such as the helpdesk, the call would be logged in the ticket's chatter with its duration. Additionally, I’d like to have a place to see a list of daily calls made and call times per Odoo user.

Is this possible? From the tests I've done, the VoIP integration with Odoo seems quite limited, and I haven't found any place to generate usage reports, etc.

What do you think? Any ideas or recommendations?
