Unable to generate invoice for POS orders.

Question

I have a bitnami packaged odoo 15 installed on the aws cloud. In the POS session when I select invoice and the customer and click on validate nothing happens. I am not able to take new orders in the current POS session as the screen is still on validate order. When i close the session and see the invoice is created.

Further for the POS orders for which invoice was not generated during sale i am unable to generate invoice subsequently as the order is in the stare posted and there is no option to

The case referred is different. My issue is that when i click on validate nothing happens. The loading spinner dues not appear and the user is unable to do any further orders.

However on the local installation the loading spinner appears and the invoice gets download and option for new order is available.

How to locate any error
