I want to implement a laundry workflow in which I pick items from customer's location, process it in my location(inventory) and send it back to the customer. Is that possible? I know I can use service with projects instead but I really need to use barcode. I tried to implement this workflow but a message appears (No rule has been found to replenish...).

You could have a workflow that creates a receipt and delivery order from a SO and manage the customer product through your inventory using lot/serial number or consignee by creating a push rule (Customer location to WH/Stock) applied on product or category. Do check the below post for details
