Need to add a status "Intransit" between ready to transfer and  transferred in WH/OUT,

1- By clicking the status bar on that state customer should be able to see geo location where shipment moving currently. 

2 - customer should receive a mail while goods left from warehouse, there should be link to track the goods geo location where shipment moving currently.

how to achieve this?
