I want to assign a user the ability to see only products from his level.

I created new user of types Internal User and he has a Inventory set  to User.
I have tried removing accesses in Settings > User & Companies > Users > User > Acces Rights but when I do this the accesses for specific groups change. In this case for Internal User. And I don't want the rest of the users in the Internal User group to have no accesses. Therefore, I also tried to create another group, for example, Inventory / User types / Internal User and when editing Acces Rights change the group Inventory / User types / Internal User and delete access.
However, when I do so the changes are in each user. And in the thought of the information on the bar (Please note that modifications will be applied for all users of the specified group) I thought that the changes will have people from the same group.
