We are currently entertaining the idea of switching our company to odoo.
We are a small business of around 25 employees with two entities, the HQ in Switzerland and an office in the US.

There is already a good amount of experience in the company because we are currently using Salesforce as our CRM and Winbiz as the ERP (an old swiss-tailored software) So we are willing to do a lot of the implementation work ourselves.

Odoo recommends to use a success pack for less than 50 employees, should we go this way or is it better to use a local partner ?
