I have a created 3 companies A,B,&C. (Not enabled 'Manage multiple companies' in general settings)

User in Company can access all warehouses and locations include Company B and Company C.

User in Company B & C has assigned to Company A as Allowed company.

My requirement is, I need to create a purchase order from Company B / Create a direct  Stock move (picking_type:Receipt) from company B and receive products from Company A.

But while create a transfer Cant select Company A's stock location (WH/Stock) as source location. It lists Company B's locations Only.

How can i do it?

Yes possible, and as @Mashooq said you can first transfer to transit location(which is shared across all companies) and then transfer to any other warehouse.

This can be done by configuring routes.

Company A/Stock -> Transit Location -> Company B/Stock

(no issue even if you have multi company)

Instead of direct transfer, you can use a transit location for transferring from company A  and create a push rule for that same location to the company B.
