    For some reasons,I have to change project's value "privacy_visibility" ,and change its default value to "followers",but when using user permissions to create a project with privacy_visibility as "followers"，it warn me Constraint check errors.（after the translation it says:Constraint check errors

Request method completed due to security constraints.Please contact your system administrator.

(document type: project.project, operation: read)

None

）

However when using administrator permissions  to create a project with privacy_visibility as "followers",it won't warn me.

At the same time,after creating a project by user permissions with privacy_visibility  as "employees" or "portal",I can change its privacy_visibility to "followers" again,but it is not convenient.I wanna create a project by user permissions with

privacy_visibility as "followers" at the beginning,so what should I do?
