Hi,
i am using Odoo 12 Community
and i want to create a price list where i can give 10% discount to my resellers (and i don't know how to create a userGroup too).
how can i do this?
is it even possible?

Go to Sales / Settings and select
Multiple Sales Prices per Product AND
Prices computed from formulas (discounts, margins, roundings)
Then you can setup price lists with discounts and for each of your resellers (customers) choose the Price List you just created.
