I have just installed shift managment from app , it installed with out any error but on main app menu its icon does not display . It is like ico file is missing or some thing how do I fix this any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
Please activate the developer mode and navigate to Settings -> Technical -> User Interface -> Menu Items and search for your main menu and open it and see whether there is any groups assigned for the menu, if yes, you have to add your user to the security group.
By clicking on the group or from settings -> users & companies -> group, add user to this security group, and refresh and see whether the menu is visible now or not.
If there is no groups assigned to the menu, switch to super user mode and see whether the menu visible now, if it visible now, it is due to access right issue and thus grand the access right for linked models.

Check that you have given the correct access rights to the model.
If not, create access rights for your model inside ir.model.access.csv in the security folder.
Also check that the login user has the access to view "Shift Management".
