Greeting

I have question related to service procurement,Need any module can request service as a milestone for X project , and create contract then send to vendor.

Later on when vendor finish the work, I should receive service as percent or work confirmation.

EX:

Need to create contract with company X to build school , when create PO / contract should enter all milestone for the project and link with the budget , and after finish the building, should issue vendor bill based on the work confirmation process.
