Serial Numbers when performing a transfer

Question

I have my serials validated with my products.  I'm trying to do a transfer between my warehouse and another partner warehouse.  I fill out the Source Zone, Destination location Zone and pick a date.  I then add an item, click on additional info and pick all at once and picking type.  I then click Mark as Todo:   I only get an edit pencil not the icon for picking the right serial number.  Can you tell me how to address this if I want to always select the right serial that goes with the product?

This may be happening if the items being reserved don't have serial numbers, even if other items do have serial numbers.
The example below shows this - one item has no serial number, the other two do.
Click on the product, and then the QUANTITY AVAILABLE button to check:
