I want to send SMS to all customer.
SMS gateway is not set up in our odoo.
If you can, step-by-step guide to setting up sms gateway.

Okay... You need to activate Developer Mode first then go to technical -> IAP accounts.
Under IAP accounts, you need to configure your SMS gateway and SMS service provider.
