Selected all companies at Attendance apps

Question

Good Day,
Version : Odoo 13
Apps: Employee, Attendance

Requesting for assistance, how to remain check or selected all companies because when I log out or restart the server I need to check again 1 by 1 all the companies if there is a workaround to auto-select all the companies. or if there is select all function

workaround: disable record rules: multi company
