How can I schedule a telephone call with date AND TIME to appear in the calendar? Odoo V13.

Schedule Call activity not an calendar event. You can see only calender events into the Calendar Section. If you wish to enhance activity part of system, you can review OCA social branch where you can get activity board, activity reminder.
