I have serialized products in my inventory. I would have thought that if I created a sales order (sold one of those items) that I would have the opportunity to specify the particular serial number on the sales order so that my inventory is updated appropriately. Maybe I am missing something?

Hi, When you confirm the sale order, the delivery will be created but the item is not deliver yet to the customer so to proceed with the delivery, you can click the smart button "delivery" in sale order form , the delivery will be opened then you can edit it to specify the particular serial number in the delivery line and then validate it. once you validate it the qty on hand will be updated accordingly.
