I have a product known as Paracetamol which comes in a box containing 20 pills.
I want to sell this product by Units and box of 20 as well.
If i setup the product with UOM box of 20 i cannot change to units on POS.
Any advise

Hello Nabiil,
POS uses the product’s default sales UoM and does not allow changing it directly on the POS interface, unlike in Sales or Inventory. You need go for third party app.
