Hi Mind And Go,
As far as I'm aware there is no SAFT export implementation in the community (or publicly available). There was a version made for V6 at https://code.launchpad.net/~paulino.a/openerp-pt/v6 but it never got a lot of attention. Perhaps it can serve as a proof of concept for you?
