Hi Friends,

May I seek your advice on the attached runtime error on my newly installed Odoo 13 server.

Env:

- Ubuntu 16

- Odoo 13 Community

- Python 3.7

Situation:

- I can login my server via 8069 port.

- I installed sample data so some apps e.g. order, sales, etc. can work, at least the app can open and see sample data

- but when i click some items on manual, e.g. settings from top left corner, conversations at top bar, etc. i came across similar error as below.

Do you have any ideas?

Thanks.

Dennis

i luckily have this fixed when i found one of the apps installed (that is project) seems installed with errors, it doesn't work properly.

after having the app re-installed and the above error seems gone.
