While refreshing the page i got this error in v18 but there is no record in stock.picking , how can i resolve this

Hi,
This error in Odoo 18 means a record such as stock.picking is missing or deleted, often due to an outdated reference in a view, action, or custom logic. To fix, check and update or remove any references to the missing record, refresh caches, and ensure all targeted IDs exist in your database.
