Have Odoo POs and inv only on Odoo.com servers(11). Connected to PosBox with latest snap, printer is Citizen CT-S2000.

I'm new to Odoo, only used it a few months, so not sure what logs og configs would be relevant.

Receits have worked fine untill a few days ago, startet with strange symbols on the heading of a receipt.

Usually at the end of the day, and a restart of the PoS usually fixed it.

Some days later(cant remember ex.), it starts to spew out a approx double length receipt with a mix of jibberish and one specifiic receit, and then the current receipt with jibberish heading.

Today it gave the wrong receipt, with a distorted topp logo.

Now most receipts come with a jibberish one first, then a normal receit after.

Any pointer where i can start looking for the error would be much appreciated.
