on marketplace for backend theme shown following message: "Backend themes might not work with Odoo Enterprise Edition. Please read the description carefully and, in doubt, ask the author before buying."
can anyone please explain the reason behind it. is there any way that to remove that message?

Hi,
I think there is no way to remove the warning from the odoo store, Odoo is showing that to notify the end users that, as odoo enterprise itself has a theme, the custom themes might not be working with it or conflicting with it. As an app creator, what you can do is that in the module description/index file, you can specify whether it is tested/working in both enterprise and community.
