I'll try. I need to share information with a collaborative business partner from two different forms on my website that new clients complete and submit to create and update contact information. I tried adding them as a portal/user "follower" for the specific contacts we share as clients, but that didn't work. So, I want to collect that information in a file (document, report, email) so I can easily share it with my collaborative business partner.
It seems there are three possible sources of collection for that information:
- The tabs (one for each of the forms) I created in the contact information--It would be great to just reference the tab label to collect the information!
- The forms themselves (maybe?)--if I could submit the information for both creating/updating a contact AND populate a shareable file.
- The individual contact fields--if I could access them to add to a shareable file.
