I need to create documents from forms my clients complete on the website from a blend of fields and custom fields I created in Contacts. Most of the fields needed for the forms are located in Tabs below the contact information card. How can I create a document by either:

  1. Adding the fields to an uploaded PDF?
  2. Creating a report from the online forms' fields? OR
  3. Some method I haven't considered?

I am NOT coding, but I will I have to.

I'll try. I need to share information with a collaborative business partner from two different forms on my website that new clients complete and submit to create and update contact information. I tried adding them as a portal/user "follower" for the specific contacts we share as clients, but that didn't work. So, I want to collect that information in a file (document, report, email) so I can easily share it with my collaborative business partner. 

It seems there are three possible sources of collection for that information:

  1. The tabs (one for each of the forms) I created in the contact information--It would be great to just reference the tab label to collect the information!
  2. The forms themselves (maybe?)--if I could submit the information for both creating/updating a contact AND populate a shareable file.
  3. The individual contact fields--if I could access them to add to a shareable file.

This sounds understandable,
So you need to share the data of the customers which come in the website to your partner,
there are 2 ways I could suggest as an developer
1. you can do this create a model in backend which will take the data from frontend and add it in backend and then you can send a maill to your partner every evening or so from that model for the data coming.
2. you can directly create a sharing feature which the form submit button will call, when the customer will submit the form the data will be send by the customer in the chatter of customer - partner/your own user too with the document
rather than this too we need to expand the knowledge of your requirements up to some extent.
Well you probably need some developer to work with this, if you don't have any developer experience or if you have some you can figure out yourself or by my help too.
either way if you need some more help I can provide you too.
i know this technical language sounds difficult but still it may help you understanding the thing as it is.
if you're going to give some developer of your known you can do so.

i havent got your point can you please describe it more as in do you want to create a document as in PDF from the contact form data from the website? or there's something else you need.
