Wrong ISO Code and locale for Bosnia and Herzegovina

The provided translation for Bosnia and Herzegovina, apart from being somewhat done in a hurry has a problem of wrong ISO code and wrong locale. This causes errors in numerous places where system locale settings are to be read.

The current locals is incorrectly set as bs_BS, correct value is bs_BA. Also ISO code is listed as BS, which is an ISO code for Bahamas, the correct code should be BA.

I would appreciate it if somenbody would let me know how can I contribute by correcting this.

This was filed as github issue https://github.com/odoo/odoo/issues/3480

You can sign in on github, fork odoo instalation, create changes and make a pull request on master branch...

Also... it would be realy nice if someone can find method for validating Bosnian VAT number(s)
and add them in python-vat package or in odoo (openerp) base_vat module...

(please contact me for more info.. bole (at) dajmi5 (dot) com )

TY for the reply. I'll try and fix it in the repo. Regarding the VAT numbers, afaik there is no set generation/validation procedure apart from checking against the db. I have a db with all the numbers scraped and was planning on making a public api with the data, but I am too busy doing other things. I can export the numbers for you to use as validation, although I have to note that the data was scraped about a year ago.
