Hi, recently my webiste built from Odoo v8 behaves quite wired, for example,

  1. when I click a dropdown menu, nothing returns except a "#" will be added to the url; When i click Edit, or Content, or Customize, nothing return except a "#" added to url. That is, I can't edit the webpage anymore! Furthermore, I can't translate the content on a banner. Everytime I translated it into another language, after clicking to save it, it came back to the original one.
  2. after I log into the system as the administrator, there is still another button "Sign in". is that a bug? but it doesn't matter so much.

Hope to get some help soon, esp. for the first issue.

Cheers,

August

Hi, What is the browser that you are using and what installation?

Thanks Eva, I tested it from Chrome, IE and Firefox with same outcomes. it's Odoo Version 7.saas~5 which I believe it should be 8.0 from Github

If you like, you can log on to www.fivef.co.nz to see what's happening there. Cheers

ok, I see. Don't know why it does this. Did you try to see if this can be linked with the language? Does it work when you have it in English?

Same in English, I think it should be something be configured in a wrong way cuz 1) I'm doing the other site orginated from same installation which works fine, 2) If I reinstall a clean one and restore the database it will turn into this DEAD situation.
