Windows 8.1 new (fresh) installation - PostgreSQL connection refused

I wanted to try OpenERP v7 on a new windows 8.1 operating system but afters starting it for the first time I am getting this error:

Any idea why and how can I overcome this?

Hello, I had a similar error. The bug was solved , when I uninstalled a Postgres version that I had, and re-installed OperErp again

Hi, thank you for your reply. I will give it a try. Which windows dou you have? 32 or 64 bits?
