Why unregistered email cannot receive messages from openerp?

I have a problem in receiving message in a unregistered email from openerp.

I send a message thru openerp to a unregistered email like name@gmail.com from my openerp account but I didn't receive the message..

It occurs after I updated the code to the latest version(04112013).. but before I can receive it fully..

I have updated again the code to the latest(04142013).
