The account_cancel module is not available for installation in odoo 13.0. Was it replaced with another solution in the new version or it's not yet upgraded?

It was replaced - cancelling (reset to draft) is now core functionality...

I installed the OE13 edition and found out that entries can be resetted to draft ....
This is simply not legal...even if there is a checkbox that can prevent that
A posted entry should be reverted not resetted to draft
It depends on which country you are in as to whether it is legal. If it isn't in your Country, check the box.
Odoo changed the object to account.move instead of account.invoice.So now your whole invoice (Customer Invoice / Vendor Bill) will be treated as journal entry.Reset to Draft button will be change the status journal entry as unpost.The code of reset to draft is by default.So not necessary to install account_cancel module by seperate.
