Check the image below. As you can see Odoo reserved way more products than needed (800 instead of 8) it's very incorrect behaviour of ERP system. This happens in Odoo 8.

The problem may be related to the definitions of measurement units (very likely duplicated names?) and unit conversion factors (and roundings).
