Why "Status == done" don't show in tree view at crm scheduled call? Somone help me please!!!!

There are two types of phonecalls supported in OpenERP.

A scheduled call is one you PLAN to make.

A logged call is one you HAVE made.

Once a SCHEDULED call is DONE, is becomes LOGGED - so that's why it doesn't show up any more in the SCHEDULED list.
