I just made a sales order in openerp 6.1 and it generates automatically manufacturing order about the product even I had a product available in stock. Is there a way prevent it to do so?

Is the product configured as 'MAKE TO ORDER'?

This configuration ignores stock levels and will always procure.

Re-posted from an answer to a Comment (Jere Lahtinen) Thank you Ray, that solved my problem.

I configured them all to make to stock and gave them minimum stock rule, now it works as it should for me.
