I have a hierarchy of product categories in the demo database:

• All Products
  • Internal
  • Other Products
    • Raw Materials
  • Saleable
    • Accessories
    • Computers
    • Components
    • Softwares 

I have set Account Stock Properties to the root level category 'All Products'. I want the sub product categories to inherit those account stock properties unless I specify any other accounts at the sub level. So I left 'Stock Input Account' and 'Stock Output Account' of all the sub categories blank. And I have set the stock valuation as real time in all the products.

My problem is, when I try to deliver or receive products, the system gives an error saying "Please define stock input account for this product or its category:" Does that mean that I have to set the same set of account stock properties to all my last level product categories? Is there any method to overcome this situation?
