Why is this specific field not getting tanslated even though a translation exists?

The Purchases menu is not getting translated, even though the translation is correctly loaded and I've already clicked on "Sync terms" several times. the same happens in some ther places like the mail group "Whole Company",

In some cases you need to translate some items from (ir_translation) table ,

- Filter any word you want to translate in column src(Old source) ,

- Insert the translation in column  value(Translation Value)
