Why does my account still shows the "unsupported" mark?

I have paid for the montly fee and for the support for the Accounting module. But after three days, nothing happend on my portal and none replies my emails. Could someone please explain me how to tell your software that i am not a trial user anymore? In four days the trial period will end and i am afraid i could loose all the work i have done so far.
