Why can I not connect to supported company since paying the monthly fee for OpenERP?

I paid $39 for the cloud service to use OpenERP and since then I have not been able to connect to the database. In the "Your Accounts" page, I click on my supported company and get the following message:

Unable to connect, Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at metalprostest.my.openerp.com.

Why is this happening and how can I get it resolved? This is not a very good first impression for someone that will require this to be running effectively 100% of the time for his business.


I have contacted the SaaS team to investigate what is wrong with your account. In the meantime, I have re-activated your account and have given you 10 additional days for free for the inconvenience. You should have received a separate email to notify you.
Next time, the best is to contact online@openerp.com like it is specified on the warning message (in case you didn't do it).
