Odoo is the world's easiest all-in-one management software. It includes hundreds of business apps:
CRM | e-Commerce | Accounting | Inventory | PoS | Project management | MRP | etc.
I'd like to have my documents saved in a filestore, I use the module "document" and I have set the parameter ir_attachment.location to file:///documents_openerp.
Then, I've created two directories named "dir1" and "dir2" in knowledge > Configuration > documents management > directories, but I can't find them.
When I edit a report, it is saved under documents_openerp/database_name instead of documents_openerp/dir1.
Why should I define directories if they are not created and used?
It appears that when I use FTP, I can see those directories, but they only contain documents that have been manually placed in these directories.
I have reports that are automatically saved under documents_openerp when they are edited, I can't see them with FTP because I can't define in which directory they're going to be saved in the report form. How can I do that?
