Why are administrators meeting events not visible for other users?

Issue: Meetings with the Administrator as Responsible (and Organizer) are not visible in the calendar for other users.
The admin can see all events.

I've checked the access rules, record rules and view domains but can't find anything.

Is there an internal mechanism? How does the Responsible/Organizer fields affect the visibility?

If you trying to view all meeting schedule while login to OpenERP as different user then i guess u need to check access rights again.

Go to setting-> users-> your user-> click on access right tab-> sale=see all leads.

Now this particular user can see all meetings in calender.

Actually I'm not using Sales/CRM, just the base_calendar module.

I guess you already did...but just in case: did you select the "Administrator" at the right of the calendar view of the attendee who is trying to see the event? OpenERP shows/hides meetings based on those checkboxes.


Administrator is not visible as checkbox unless logged in as Admin.
