I'm trying to make a template in Odoo V.9 according to this video:

But there are some options that I can't see like "Project stages" in the configuration project, "Save as template" button and "Other info" section.
Anyone knows how can I see this in version 9?

Project Templates are not implemented the same way in Odoo v9.
You create private projects (so nobody can use them as 'real' projects), then DUPLICATE them (using them as a template).
