I'm looking to find a complete list of cookies that Odoo creates and their uses for inclusion in a 'boilerplate' privacy policy statement for an open-source theme module i'm building. Has anyone come across anything in the developer documentation or similar?

Odoo at least only use session_id in the cookie for identification. But, some module make its own cookie. You can check string "set_cookie" to search cookie that might be set.
@Ben, Thanks for the information. I'll definitely look into the source code to see where that string is used.
