I have followed below steps:

  1. Go to Website 

  2. Now click on a drop-down menu 

  3. Now go to User Preferences and change language from English to French 

  4. Now Go to Website 

  5. Click on  a drop-down menu 

Note: - Before doing all these steps I go to the settings and generate missing translation terms also.
