What is the difference between "scheduled calls" and "logged calls"?

Hi OpenERP community

when I was exploring OpenERP v 7.0 I found in the part phone calls two type of calls: scheduled calls and logged calls, but I didn't know what is the difference between them and in which situation we have to use them, so please if you have any information about this please dont hesitate to tell me Thanks

There are two types of phonecalls supported in OpenERP.

A scheduled call is one you PLAN to make.

A logged call is one you HAVE made.

Once a SCHEDULED call is DONE, is becomes LOGGED - and won't show up any more in the SCHEDULED list.
