What is Inbound and Outbound in Schedule call's category?

Can anyone tell me what is Inbound and Outbound in Schedule call's category?. These are predefined values given by openerp. You may navigate to there by clicking on Sales -> Scheduled Calls -> Category Field.

OpenERP also allows both incoming & outgoing calls.

Inbound means Incoming calls.

Outbound means Outgoing calls.

We can schedule both call for our customers.

OpenERP also allows you to manage incoming (inbound) and outgoing (outbound) calls.
