Hi,

It is not allowed to take and use odoo enterprise code without license/subscription. It will be breach of odoo enterprise contract, see:  Odoo Enterprise Subscription Agreement

If you breach the agreement, see the section3: Access to the Software

Thanks

How can I know I this Code Is enterprise Or Not ?

For that there is no place to cross check, unless you have enterprise code with you. IF you have some code in your hand which some one give you or get from somewhere and if you doubt that it is of enterprise code, you can ask someone to check it or you can connect odoo and clarify it.

Also can you mention which is the code that you need to clarify ?

If you are talking about this module https://www.odoo.com/apps/modules/12.0/om_account_accountant/ (as i have seen your comment over there), the code is not from the enterprise code, the module is ported from v11 community edition which is legal and no issues to use.

Thanks

In addition to above, you can read the last part of this blog released by Odoo SA: https://www.odoo.com/blog/odoo-news-5/post/odoo-community-enterprise-532

You can identify the Odoo enterprise modules by looking up the license('OEEL-1', 'Odoo Enterprise Edition License v1.0'),

For identifying the codes you must have access to the complete enterprise modules and can use code search tools for identifying the codes
