you must create a external ID.

save this into a .CVS file, and import this record into external ID module.

id,"date_update","date_init","res_id","name","module","noupdate","model"

__export__.ir_model_data_2819,"2014-06-23 17:44:15","2014-06-23 17:44:15","1","product_category_all","product","True","product.category"

Setting -> Technical -> Sequence & Identifiers -> External Identifiers

and be sure the product category "all products" exists.

regards.
