I have setup our employees bank accounts in
>Accounting >Configuration >Accounts >Set Up You Bank Accounts
unfortunately I can not manage to use these Bank Accounts from an employees Form view. If I click on the drop down menu for the field "Bank Account Number" I can only choose "Create and Edit and not browse through existing entries. I am sure it is the exact same object.
For that you have to setup one bank account for the partner which is related to that employee. Then after you need to first of all select home address in that employee then you can see the entered bank account number into that employee. There is domain applied based on home address from .py file of "hr" module.
