using Odoo POS on multiple computers

I am currently testing Odoo and it looks very promising, I have installed Odoo 10 Community on my laptop and entered some products / floors and tables.  When I connect to my laptop from another computer, I am able to login and see the tables, products - but the status of existing orders do not appear.  I open a table on one computer, enter some items - but on the other computer, the items do not appear.  Is there a setting missing?
